이 약관은 MEDrang.INFOrang(이하 "학회")가 제공하는 모든 홈페이지(이하 "서비스")의 이용조건 및 절차에 관한 기본적인 사항을 약속하여 규정함을 그 목적으로 합니다.
이 약관의 내용은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
학회는 합당한 사유가 발생할 경우에는 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 약관이 변경된 경우에는 변경사항을 지체없이 공시합니다.
이 약관에 명시되지 아니한 사항에 대해서는 관계법령 및 서비스별 약관의 취지에 따라 적용할 수 있습니다.
이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.
아래 "위의 "MEDrang.INFOrang" 이용약관에 동의하십니까?"라는 물음에 회원이 "동의합니다"를 클릭하시면 이 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
이용계약은 회원의 이용신청에 대하여 학회가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
이용신청은 온라인으로 서비스에 접속한 후 다음 사항을 회원등록 양식에 기재하여 신청합니다. ID, Password, 이름, 주민등록번호, 주소 등
회원은 등록 신청시 기재한 사항이 변경되었을 경우에는 지체없이 온라인 수정을 해야 합니다.
학회는 서비스 제공과 관련해서 알고 있는 회원의 신상정보를 본인의 승낙없이 제3자에게 누설, 배포하지 않습니다. 단, 전기통신기본법 등 법률의 규정에 의해 국가기관의 요구가 있는 경우, 범죄에 대한 수사상의 목적이 있거나 정보통신윤리위원회의 요청이 있는 경우 또는 기타 관계법령에서 정한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
회원 ID와 Password에 관한 모든 관리책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 회원에게 부여된 ID와 Password의 관리소홀, 부정 사용에 의하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 자신의 ID와 Password가 부정하게 사용된 경우 회원은 반드시 학회에 그 사실을 통보해야 합니다.
학회는 회원이 서비스 이용 중 필요가 있다고 인정되는 다양한 정보에 대해서 전자우편이나 서신 우편 등의 방법으로 회원에게 제공할 수 있습니다.
학회는 회원이 게시하거나 등록하는 서비스내의 내용물이 다음 각 호에 해당한다고 판단되는 경우에 사전통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스를 통하여 학회로 제출된 아이디어, 원고, 사진 등에 대한 저작권, 초상권, 지적재산권은 학회에 귀속됩니다.
이벤트 등을 통해 학회로부터 시상금 등을 수령한 회원에게는 원고의뢰, 미디어출연, 사진촬영 등을 의뢰할 수 있습니다.
서비스의 이용은 학회의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 정기점검 등의 필요로 학회가 정한 날이나 시간은 그러하지 않습니다. 학회는 서비스를 일정범위로 분할하여 각 범위별로 이용가능시간을 별도로 정할 수 있으며 이 경우 그 내용을 사전에 공지합니다.
회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 때에는 회원 본인이 온라인(메일)을 통해 학회에 해지신청을 하여야 합니다. 학회는 회원이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우 사전통지없이 이용계약을 해지하거나 또는 기간을 정하여 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.
학회는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회원에게 발생한 어떠한 손해에 관하여도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우 학회의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
개인정보의 열람 및 정정은 회원이 필요한 경우 회원 정보 수정 메뉴를 이용하여 행할 수 있습니다.
회원의 개인정보는 가입시점 부터 제 17 조에 의한 탈퇴시점 까지로 합니다.
(시행일) 이 약관은 2001년 1월 1일부터 시행합니다.
The Korean Society of Mathematical Education (KSME) is committed the privacy of its members and customers and observes the law "Act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information production, etc."
■ Personal information collected by KSME
KSME may collect personal information such as the following:

KSME collects personal information to manage the members: to identify the members, to confirm the joinings of membership, to mail for information.
■ Period of possession and use of personal information
KSME will delete the collected information without exception after its purpose is achieved.

Here are the method and process of deleting personal information.
■ Supply information
KSME does not supply personal information of it members in principle. But there are some exceptions:
■ Outsourcing collected personal information
KSME does not outsource members' information without members' agreements.
In case outsourcing is needed, KSME informs members whose and which information is outsourced and collects agreements of members.
■ Right of members
Members can refer and modify their person information and can request the termination of their joining.
■ Matter on setting, operation and refusal of automatically collecting device of personal information
KSME does not operate any programs to collect personal information which is created automatically, when one use internet services like cookies.
Guidance for the fees and refund policy
Every member have a duty to pay a membership fee every year. When a member joins KSME, he or she must pays a initial fee also.
Membership fee: $40 (US dollar 40) for a regular member, $20 for a student member. Initial fee: $10 (US dollar 10) for a regular member, $5 for a student member.
The charge for an accepted manuscript to be published in the journals must be paid prior to publication.
For various situations, a member can be returned the fee paid. In this case, please contact the KSME operator:
KSME assign the responsible person to deal with protection and claims about personal information.
