The Korean Society of Mathematical Education (KSME) is committed the privacy of its members and customers and observes the law "Act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information production, etc."

■ Personal information collected by KSME

KSME may collect personal information such as the following:

• ο Information items: ID, password, name, postal adress, Mobile phone number, e-mail address, institution affiliation
• ο Method to collect information: Joining the membership of the home page

KSME collects personal information to manage the members: to identify the members, to confirm the joinings of membership, to mail for information.

■ Period of possession and use of personal information

KSME will delete the collected information without exception after its purpose is achieved.

Here are the method and process of deleting personal information.

• ο Process of deleting
  The personal information which is collected in joining the homepage is transferred into a separate DB, and it will be deleted after a certain period of time upon our policy and the related laws and regulations.
  The personal information in a separated DB will not be used without laws and regulations.

  The personal information in the form of electronic files will be deleted not to be reproduced.

KSME does not supply personal information of it members in principle. But there are some exceptions:

• In case that members agree to supply.
• In case that investigation agency request upon the related laws and regulations.

KSME does not outsource members' information without members' agreements.
In case outsourcing is needed, KSME informs members whose and which information is outsourced and collects agreements of members.

■ Right of members

Members can refer and modify their person information and can request the termination of their joining.

■ Matter on setting, operation and refusal of automatically collecting device of personal information

KSME does not operate any programs to collect personal information which is created automatically, when one use internet services like cookies.
Guidance for the fees and refund policy

Every member have a duty to pay a membership fee every year. When a member joins KSME, he or she must pays a initial fee also.

Membership fee: $40 (US dollar 40) for a regular member, $20 for a student member. Initial fee: $10 (US dollar 10) for a regular member, $5 for a student member.

The charge for an accepted manuscript to be published in the journals must be paid prior to publication.

• Basic publication fee: $100 until 6 pages.
• Addition publication fee: $10 per page above 6 pages.
• If the work was supported in research funds, the publication fee must be paid double.
